Windows 7 · Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? I believe it was purchased and added. · Age of system (hardware) 1 1/2 years. · Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? No. · CPU Intel(R) Core i5-3570k CPU @ 3.40 GHz · Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti · MotherBoard ASUSTeK 8.00 GB RAM · Power Supply - brand & wattage. I am unsure, and am unable to look inside my computer right now. · System Manufacturer. It was Custom Built. · Exact model number (if laptop, check label on bottom) · Laptop or Desktop? Desktop I never had issues with the computer until about a couple of months ago. Ever since, I've been getting BSODs and having sound just completely crash on the computer.
