Hi, I am trying to update my system - a DELL laptop running Windows 10 Pro edition ver. 1808 - to the latest Windows 10 (1909), but after downloading and rebooting I received a BSOD with the info KERNEL AUTO BOOST INVALID LOCK CODE. Antivirus (PANDA DOME) was disabled. Googled for that and I found your site. I ran the tool you offer and it collected all the info. Now, following the instructions, I'm uploading the file .zip with all the outputs gathered by the tool. Hope that something clarifying the error will come up!

Thank you,

Claudio de Biasio

Why is your free RAM so low? It's only 570MB?! Were you running SQL Server at the time of the crash?

There doesn't appear to be any dump files, could you please check the following directory:

Code:
%systemroot%\MEMORY.DMP

New BIOS available A12 (disabile bitlocker before the update).
Uninstall panda until the Windows update will have success.

I didn't check other because i'm using the smartphone.
Ciao :-)
