Hello , I've been getting a lot of Nvidia's TDR lately , they always end in a BSOD.
Only thing I noticed is that always happen when I play Unity3d games , not sure if that matters (Never had any problem while playing high demanding games like GTA V)

Things I've tried so far:

-Rolling back to old drivers
-Reinstalling latest drivers
-Checking temps
-Changing RAM positions

· OS - Windows 8.1
· x64
· Full retail version
· Age of OS installation - 2015

· Intel I7 940
· Nvidia Gtx 760
· Asus Sabertooth x58
· Evga 750w bronze
· Desktop

Can't attach PERFMON because I'm getting an error when I try to do it.

Any help with this problem will be greatly appreciated ,also sorry about my poor english.

There doesn't seem to any dumps within the folder, have you been using any file cleaning tools recently?

Could you please check the following directory:

Code:
C:\Windows\Minidump

Found a dmp file in there , I'll attach it.
about cleaning tools, yes , I've been using Ccleaner , is it a bad thing ? :confused2:

Don't use any file cleaning tools during the debugging period, they will clean the dump files used for analysis.

A Internal Timer error usually indicates that there's an issue with the processor.

What are your temperatures? Do you have any processor to test with?

Hello

Speed fan shows a temperature of 60C when playing something heavy (I have a Noctua nhu12p se2) and 45C on idle.also I don't have another processor to test since this socket is pretty old (LGA 1366) , is there anything I can do besides testing with another processor ?

Unfortunately, not really. If the BIOS is old and out-of-date, it's worth a shot, but IT errors are generally the CPU.

RMA the CPU to the manufacturer.

You say it only happens with certain games, but it's more than likely it only feels that way because it's happening randomly during your most frequent computer activities which happen to be specific games.
