The Machine Check Exception means the CPU has found a fault with the system and has bugchecked.

On this occasion you have had a cache error but it's very vague and most of the time it doesn't always mean the CPU is at fault so we should stress test them all.

Return all clock speeds to the max or under, this means STOP OVERCLOCKING if you are doing so.
If you system isn't stable at clock speeds it will never be stable when overclocking.

Stress test your CPU for around 2 hour by following these instructions.

Stress test your GPU for around 30 minutes with Furmark by following these instructions.

Test your RAM with memtest86 by following these instructions.

Post back the results.
