I get a BSOD every time I connect my Firecuda Gaming Hub with SSD installed on the hub to Windows 10 laptop. It works fine when there is no SSD on the hub. The problem started after I did a complete reset my computer. Any help would be appreciated! Let me know if you need any more information.

Hi pranavkarki,

I take it the SSD was also being connected to the hub prior to the reset?

Could you post a share link to the memory dump located at C:\Windows\MEMORY.dmp. I believe the minidumps do not have sufficient data needed to investigate the crashes.

Yes I was using it before I reset my computer. The memory dump file is almost 1 GB. How can I share it?
