Hi. ..
The first thing to do is to burn a set of Dell Recovery DVD(s) so that you can return to your Dell OEM System if you wish to do so at some point in the future. Your hard drive will likely be totally formatted by Windows during the installation of a full retail copy of Windows, thus deleting the Dell Recovery partition (on the HDD).
There should be a utility on your Dell System to burn the Recovery DVDs. I would advise the use of DVD-R discs.
I found this tutorial at Dell -

Installing a full retail copy of Windows will usually obtain and install all of the drivers that you need with a possible few exceptions - like video, Ethernet, wifi, audio and any special 3rd party device like the TB16 dock.
Here are the drivers for the dock -

Windows may very well install drivers for the other items that I mentioned via Windows Update.

Windows Server and Windows 10 are nearly identical OS' -- except that most server features are shut off on Windows 10.
I am advising that you install an OS from Microsoft as your Dell OEM Windows installation is likely corrupted. You should not be experiencing
0xe6 bugcheck BSODs (especially with Driver Verifier turned OFF). There is something very wrong with either your Windows installation and/or possible unknown hardware failure causing the
0xe6 BSODs.
Installing a full retail version of Windows followed by running Driver Verifier, then just running the system normally for several weeks should provide an answer to the software v. hardware BSOD cause question.
If you do install a Microsoft full retail OS - upon reaching Desktop, go into Control Panel and allow ALL Windows Updates to download and install. Again, you may find that Windows Updates will find drivers for just about everything.
You can keep an eye on Device Manager to see what drivers are needed from Dell - Click Search; type
devmgmt.msc
Please feel free to ask any questions.
