BSOD after upgrade from W7 to W10

I've upgraded my W7 to W10 (in my workplace ) and after this I have problem with BSOD.

PS: I have tried to check my RAM​, report said it's OK. I also upload my minudump files.
If you need more information I can add It, but unfortunatelly after 3 Sunday.
