It started with that bluescreen, sfc command couldn´t repair, dism also can´t repair it goes until 44,2% and bsod again.
The machine does not open Definitions, windows defender doesn´t start and powershell opens and shuts down alone.

Did you try a clean install or in-place upgrade recently?

No, this installation is not new and it went wrong after a update from microsoft that went wrong
Preferably i need to rectify this installation in last case format.

When does the system crash? I assume that you aren't able to boot at all?

According to the MSDN documentation, the error code you mentioned is related to:

{Not Enough Quota} Not enough virtual memory or paging file quota is available to complete the specified operation.

If it boots and SFC and DISM have not worked, try: Doing a Windows 10 Repair Install or Feature Update Using the Windows 10 ISO file

If it boots, then the first course of action would be to examine the dump files.
