Hi DR M

The disk is definitely good because I did a fresh install of 10 and everything worked.

I have a question and a request.

Could you do a FRST. fix for this result from FRST. LOG
it is certainly similar to the previous one.

There is no winload. exe and no software and security registry files but I will deal with that after work.

It is worse with this winload. exe.

It can be replaced somehow.

I will contact you later.

Best regards

Unfortunately, the answer is no (the same as in post #136), not because I don't want to, but because it is not possible for any fix to be done via the FRST tool, with so many system's items missing.

Ok DR M I understand.

I'll try to fix it myself a bit what I can and then I'll send the frst. log.

Thank you very much for your help and time.

See you soon.

The time you spent would be more than enough for you to reinstall the system and then add your programs.

To understand: what are you trying to fix yourself? Using another image after the crash? It's a waste of time.

DR M I'll figure something out, I've restored the files, if that doesn't work I'll have to do as you say. I've waited a year to take care of this so a month longer doesn't make any difference to me.

I understand perfectly well that you want to get rid of me and close the thread, it's clear that your patience with me has run out.

I still want to try a few things and that's all.

Please give me a few more moments.

Do you know if it's possible to replace the winload.exe file and if so could you send it to me?

Sorry, but I can't accept this, in any case.

In addition, I can't believe that you say that, after so many things I tried with you, including teamwork with my colleague who also read carefully everything we tried. We don't do this often, you know.

Your computer's issue is not just a file. I told to you that several times and I'll say it once more: you need to reinstall the OS.

You must have misunderstood me DR M maybe it's because of Google Translator.

I have absolutely no complaints, quite the opposite, and thank you very much to your colleague for your help.

I already wrote that I am grateful for your help ❤

Thanks for the clarification. It would not be fair if you meant otherwise. :-)

I just wanted you to understand that you need to reinstall the OS. No lack of patience. I have a lot. :D

I have never had such a serious system failure.
I have had the system since Win 7 Ultimate since 2013. There is much more there than just Cubase. So understand my stubbornness 😊. I am generally an impatient person.

I understood what you wrote to give up but one more time.
Ok.

Do you know anything about this file winload. exe,? Is it some special file only for a given system or can I download it?

I will explain what I mean by repair.

I do not mean backups after a failure but restoring files from before the failure, e.g. a program for file restore, I restored the entire disk with different programs, some work and other files do not and it will take me a while to find the ones that work.

Again: your issues are not just one missing file's absence.

Just a few examples:

ATTENTION: Could not load system hive.
ATTENTION: Software hive is not loaded.

Also:

There are signs that the PC had problem with loosing access to account(s) and creating temporary account(s) instead:

StartupDir[TEMP]: <==== ATTENTION
StartupDir[TEMP.SAWI-PC]: <==== ATTENTION

Temporary accounts are common with disk failures.

Also:

FLock: see those garbage characters in some files.
There is a system damage in there.

I have had the system since Win 7 Ultimate since 2013.

2013! The computer is 12 years old. That is a long life for a PC and you must accept that you need to move on.

Karol, I really don't have anything else to say, and please, do not take it as lack of patience.
