Hello Annamaria and welcome to Sysnative!
I have looked at your logfiles but there are no crash dump files included so they must have been deleted. I suspect you are running CCleaner and it is deleting the mini-dump files on a regular basis. Please change the settings of CCleaner to
not delete memory dump files, then, when you have more BSOD events please post a new set of log files.
A couple of things were noticed in the eventlogs:
Virtual memory is low at times:
Code:
2019-02-16T20:16:42.000 Application popup: Windows - Virtual Memory Minimum Too Low : Your system is low on virtual memory. Windows is increasing the size of your virtual memory paging file. During this process, memory requests for some applications may be denied. For more information, see Help.
You would benefit from upgrading to more memory - follow HP recommendations for compatible memory.
Hard drives have shown bad blocks and errors:
Code:
2019-02-20T02:39:27.387 The device, \Device\Harddisk2\DR2, has a bad block.
2019-02-20T02:35:10.548 The device, \Device\Harddisk2\DR2, has a bad block.
Code:
2019-02-04T08:31:00.991 An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk5\DR5 during a paging operation.
Run chkdsk with the /F flag to fix any disk errors on all your hard disks.
Also, it would be worth scanning for system file corruption using the sfc /scannow command in an Admin Command prompt.
