Looks like you are running Win7 RTM, update to SP1 driver and service pack updates go hand in hand.

From the last 7 I ran all are the same.
Probably caused by : dxgmms1.sys DirectX driver
The driver has reported an invalid fence ID> that is a reference to the way the video card accesses system memory directly and passes the ID back to the DX driver which then rejects it for some reason.

The thing I see on your system that has been known to cause issues is Daemon Tools(dtsoftbus01.sys).
Uninstall Daemon Tools and see if that helps.

so what do i need to do is to uninstall daemon tools, sry my english is not the best

how to update to sp1 driver, can you tell me step by step ,sorry i am not so good on computers and english

Run Windows Update to get all the updates installed including SP1.
Start > All Programs pick Windows Update from the list.

As for Daemon Tools yes uninstall it.

I removed dameon tools and i got another bluescreen ill update windows,10 important and 68 optional, should i install all or only important?

EDIT: SP1 installed still bluescreen 119 ,what next?

There's an offchance we're dealing with a bug in the graphics drivers. Despite them being relatively new, it's possible a new bug got introduced. Check to see if there isn't a more updated version of the graphics drivers, or try even rolling back the drivers to an older date. You may also want to try completely uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling the graphics drivers at latest version (perhaps try a beta version as well if available).

As Wrench is correct, this was dealing with some bad fence id handling. Commonly bad fence ids are due to driver bugs more than hardware problems. This one does seem quite like a driver bug because the fence id the driver reported to DirectX was waaay off, and doesn't even look like a valid number, so it's clear this wasn't just the driver servicing fence ids out of order. Rather, it's probably a value from somewhere else that wrote over the otherwise valid fence id. The consistency of this crash leads me to suspect moreso that it's a driver problem and not a hardware issue. However if not matter of driver changes seems to fix this, then I guess you'll have to write it off as a bad video card and replace the PC. I take it you have warranty for this new system, to replacing it shouldn't be costly.

Analysts:

If you haven't figured from the correspondence between me and cluberti mentioned in the main post in this thread, Args 2-4 of the bugcheck are the fence ids. Not sure if Arg 3 is the fence id it expected or the most recent previous fence id (with Arg 4 being the one before it) but Arg 2 is certainly the latest and the one to cause the crash. Value looks pretty off-the-wall, so I'm expecting the value got overwritten somehow, most likely by driver bug.

ok i removed all graphic drivers, but he installed this one automatically why ??
and here are dump files, thats it right? i will install newest beta drivers now

Windows from Vista up will install any missing drivers automatically.

The last 3 are the same, does this only happen in L.A. Noire or are other games the same?

There is a Bios update available, the last 2 where to improve system stability, I don't think it's related but can't hurt> http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1155/P8B75M/#download
