[SOLVED] Blue Screen on my computer since Mid July 2013

Sorry but i can't give you the performance report because i can only open my computer in Safe Mode - Networking and this functionnality doesn't work in Safe Mode.
When I start Windows in normal mode I get a Bluescreen after like 1 min (only since Mid-July... because it's been 5 month since i got my computer.
I didn't change anything from the hardware since.

I just want to add that since my first post and the output folder from your software, I re-formatted and installed windows (to test) but the bluescreen hapenned to me again so I re-run your software to have the output folder.

The latest folder with troubleshooting files and dump files, seems to be corrupt, well to be specific the files within the folder seem to be corrupt.

Since, your computer seems to be crashing upon boot, then I would suggest running some hardware diagnostics.

I think i explained my self wrong.
It does not crash upon boot.
It crash after booting.
Sometime it can take 1min, other time it could take 10-15 min, etc..

Okay, I would still recommend running the tests, since the dump files seem to be corrupt.

Nvm guys, thx for you help but i found the problem. It was the RAM (probably corrupted). I replaced my 16 Go of Corsaire by 8 Go that came with my computer initialy and then no blue screen yet.
