The hardware is about 3 months old, I bought it 1 month ago. OS was reinstalled about 1 month ago. CPU: Intel core i7-3610QM 3rd gen 2.6 GHz (IIRC) Video card 1: Intel HD Graphics 4000 HD Video card 2: NVIDIA GForce GT 740M Motherboard: (sorry but I have no clue and I dunno where to get that info) Power supply: N/A Sys Manufacturer: Asus Exact model number: N56VZ-S4278H (btw, still hate CKEditor for forums :) )

One interesting thing is that the program you told me to download (after uninstaling daemon tools using revo uninstaller): SPTDinst-x64.exe Has the unistall button greyed out so I was unable to do it (I didn't want to install it). As the previous time, here's the attachment with the diagnosis.
