. System hardware maybe 2012
. CPU sony vaio
. video card ati radeon
. System manufacturer is Sony vaio

. this is laptop

Dear MrPepka i can't find (C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP) but I found a folder that contains files with ext dmp

The blue screens may be the result of hardware incompatibility that Sony stated as you've told us here: [SOLVED] - windows 7 update faild for KB4516065, error code 80073701

I would try that just to see if the BSODs continue, if they don't, the machine is incompatible.
