Big time issues...can't update or even reinstall Windows 11

Hello,

Having some big time issues if anyone is able to please help. I'm willing (and have tried) to simply go the nuclear option and do a clean re-install but that won't even work...ever since the 2/26 Windows update, my system has gone haywire. Many different BSOD errors and some things I've tried that fail and/or crash:

1. Uninstalling and reinstalling the 2/26 and subsequent updates
2. SFC scan
3. DISM
4. Resetting windows
5. Installing Repair edition of windows from Windows update
6. Trying to do repairs and fresh installs from USB bootable (it just stops and pc restarts once I pick the 'I do not have product key')

I've tried the SFCFix and ComponentScanner progs - definitely seems to be some registry/hive issues. Attaching those logs as well as CBS. Thank you in advance!
