RAM would be the obvious candidate and many of the dumps do point in that direction. You have run extensive RAM tests however, and whilst they can never prove that your RAM is good I think we need to look somewhere else. I have in the past seen several instances where strange issues were caused by a badly seated M.2 drive, so I would suggest that you remove the M.2 drive and reseat it fully. See whether that helps. I think your SSD is a Samsumg PM981 (from the model number)? I'm not sure whether the Samsung Magician management and diagnostic tool supports that drive, but I think it worth downloading and trying it. If it does support the drive I would run any diagnositics in there, and possibly look for a firmware update too. Samsung Magician can be downloaded from here.
