  • I am currently having issues where audio will drop or a high pitched noise will happen while using DJ software (Rekordbox). Sometimes the software will freeze and audio will continue to play. I have noticed there have been CPU or Memory spikes. When I close the WIFI it helps a bit. It doesn't always happen but has been happening sporadically last 2 months. I've cleared hard drive space and contacted Pioneer who sent me here.

Hi!

Try to install the nvidia studio driver (512.59 - 2022.4.26) and to update your laptop BIOS (current: F.20, if I'm not wrong the most recent is F.64A).

I wasn't able to find information about your device (PIONEER DDJ-1000, correct?): i.e., if you have updated its firmware and drivers.
Firmware Version 1.12, 25/feb/2021
Drivers Version 1.110, 09/dic/2021

Also, it seems you have five (different versions) instances of the rekordbox program.
Did you install them on purpose or did you forget to uninstall the previous versions?
