Audio Glitches/Cursor freeze ndis.sys tcpip.sys

Windows periodically freezes for a second. This causes audio glithces and cursor freese.
Happens much more often when something using network, like torrent.
I do not know how to use wpa, but I've found that ndis.sys or tcpip.sys causes high dpc during lag.

Please help me. :(

same thing is happening to me too -_-! ndis.sys / dxgkrnl.sys / USBPORT.SYS are whats mainly on top of my highest DPC count.
