Hello Everyone

I have a relatively new notebook ASUS UX331UN. It was running OK, but since May I am getting random BlueScreens. These are:
VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR
and
DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE.

There seems to be no connection between what I am doing with the notebook and the bluescreens - they happened during Skype call, when browsing the internet or even when just displaying wallpaper.
They can occur three days in a row, or e.g. twice per day only to disappear and do not bother me for even as long as 1.5-2 weeks. Then they show up again, occur a few times and can disappear for e.g. another week.

I have tried many things already:
- changed sleep mode setting (also turn off sleep mode)
- changed battery settings (max performance etc)
- updated BIOS
- most recently (today) I used DDU software in Safe Mode and uninstalled both Intel and NVIDIA graphics drivers. Then I installed the newest version of the graphics drivers, from Intel's and NVIDIA's websites.

Even after reinstalling the drivers today I got another BSOD. Please find attached links to a dmp file generated by Windows when reporting a problem and the MEMORY.dmp file. Of course, along with the Sysnative App's zip file.

· OS - Windows 10 Pro 1809 17763.615
· x64 (64-bit)
· What was the originally installed OS on the system? This Windows. It has only been gradually updating.
· I think it is the OEM version. I bought the notebook with a Windows system installed.
· I bought the notebook on December 16th 2018.
· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? No, I have not reinstalled the OS.

· CPU - Intel® Core™ i7 8550U Processor
· Video Card -
Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620
NVIDIA GeForce MX150, with 2GB GDDR5 VRAM
· MotherBoard -
· Power Supply -

ASUS UX331 Series - UX331UN model with Windows 10 Pro (label on the bottom says UX331U)
There is also a date on the label 2018-08 which may suggest it was manufactured in August 2018

· Laptop

I would be really grateful for any help. Thanks so much in advance for your time!

Wszędzie Polacy jak miło :D
Do what I recommended to you on another forum, i.e. test the video card Furmark and its video memory with the program Video Memory Stress Test

Hi, thanks for the reply ;)

Yes, I will do this soon - just want to make sure I understand correctly how to carry out the tests so I do not spoil/damage anything.

Additionally, the dates of my crushes... The repeatability is interesting - 2 or 3 times, then longer break and again 2,3 times...
Initially, I thought it has something in common with Windows updates, especially that on May 6th my Windows updated from 1803 to 1809 (after 1 day the first BSOD happened)
