All my photos on my computer have corrupt. Windows 11 Home Version 23H2

Ive ran out of storage and i think the windows update failed and has now corrupted all of my photos on my pc. The message I am getting is The configuration registry database is corrupt. Even when I add new photos to the computer they instantly corrupt.
