After Sleep or Hibernate — how can my Windows 10 laptop awake, and resume, directly at desktop?

My Windows 10 laptop has no password, and I don't want one. After I sent my desktop to sleep or hibernation, but resume my computer, I see this screen below:

Then I have to click "Sign in", before the laptop proceeds to my Desktop.
How can I remove this "Sign In" screen and instead directly go back to my desktop?

Easily.

Settings, Accounts, Sign-in Options Pane. Scroll down the pane until you see the setting, Require Sign-in - If you've been away, when should Windows require you to sign in again?, and change the dropdown value to Never. (The default is When PC wakes up from sleep).
