Adobe has released security updates for Flash Player, AIR and Shockwave Player. Details are available in my blog post at Adobe Flash Player, AIR and Shockwave Player Security Updates.

To update --
Flash Player: Direct downloads (no unwanted extras) for Windows 7 and earlier:

Internet Explorer - http://download.macromedia.com/get/...sing/win/install_flash_player_11_active_x.exe
Plugin-based browsers (Firefox etc) - http://download.macromedia.com/get/...ensing/win/install_flash_player_11_plugin.exe

Flash Player Uninstaller (if needed) : http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/support/uninstall_flash_player.exe

Shockwave Player: Adobe - Adobe Shockwave Player
