Hello! Laptop msi gp 66 11ug 3070+11800h. I noticed some very sad oddities. Firstly, the laptop lay in sleep mode for about two weeks (not by my will), when I opened and turned it on after that, it worked very slowly, it hung up very much. I looked in the manager, the processor frequency is 0.18 hz, which is probably why.(it was on battery power). Then for some reason it stopped hanging, the frequency became normal, but suddenly the screen froze and did not react in any way until rebooting from the button (everything from bataeri) after rebooting, it did not repeat until
in the event log this is at this moment

I read it, people had different things, often because of the drivers (in particular nstoskrnl.exe ). photo dumps in bluegrass and whocrashed.

It also happened that after discharging, I turned it on, plugged in the mouse (wired), the laptop reacted to the clicks of the pcm, but there was no mouse movement, the cursor was in place, the mouse plug also did not adjust. I connected the headphones to the type C, tried to play the sound - it did not play. I connected a USB flash drive, a bunch of events happened error 51, but I saw the flash drive, and everything else worked. It all lasted 5 minutes. I am absolutely lost in riddles, what is it, maybe someone will tell me what to look at. The video tests and the percentage passes.

here is photo of dump of error 14

No problem, we're always here.

The one dump that was uploaded is a DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE bugcheck, indicating that there was a power transition error. The driver and device involved is ACPI - the advanced Control and Power Interface, that indicates that some hardware or device is having issues coming out of sleep and/or hibernate. This gells well with the problem you reported.

In addition, there are warnings and errors in your system log under the ACPI heading indication a possible EC (Embedded Controller) issue...

: The embedded controller (EC) did not respond within the specified timeout period. This may indicate that there is an error in the EC hardware or firmware or that the BIOS is accessing the EC incorrectly. You should check with your computer manufacturer for an upgraded BIOS. In some situations, this error may cause the computer to function incorrectly.
AFAIK the EC is implemented by the Intel Management Engine and the driver downloads site for your laptop has an update to the Intel MEI driver dated 31st Jan 2023. In the first instance I suggest you download and install this driver.

You mentioned error messages relating to your graphics card and there are also other indications of potential graphics problems (like the 0x193 live kernel dump you posted). There are updates to both the Intel and Nvidia graphics drivers on the driver download site for your laptop, I suggest you download and install those drivers.

The problems you are reporting do sound to be more serious that just the above driver, though you should install those I have suggested, so if you continue toi have problems after updating these drivers please run the SysnativeBSODCollectionApp again, but this time please change the system language to English first. Most of us only read English.

very strangely, I set the system language to English before launching the sysnative application. I'll do it again. And what about this dump and error 14. Yes, I recently reinstalled the driver from the msi website again. Here is error 14

sorry, at first I didn't understand what you meant by publishing the sysnative file again if it happens again after updating the driver. In general, the problem with graphics and error 193 is similar to a software or hardware problem?

The first problem you reported was a system freeze coming out of sleep, and the one dump points at an ACPI problem. That's why I think it's important that you update the Intel MEI driver.

The possible graphics issue could be either driver or the graphics card. With laptops it's important to update both the Intel and Nvidia drivers together, because in a laptop both drivers work hand-in-hand. It's also important to only use drivers from MSI, because laptop drivers are often customised for power-savinbg and operational reasons. Generic drivers (such as those from Intel and Nvidia) do not contain these customisations and may fail.

It would be useful to see the 0x193 live dumps to which you refer. You'll find them in sub-folders of the C:\Windows\LiveKernelReports folder. Please upload any dumps that you find.

Can you also please open a command prompt window and enter the command slmgr /dlv. A Window will open, please post a screenshot of that window.

here is command slmgr, and here is the dump, for some reason it is too big even when compressed, here is a link (https://dropmefiles.com/xQyJy) to the cloud with it, if it does not work, tell me

Could you explain in detail how you obtained your copy of Windows and why it's not properly activated? Unfortunately, in Russia the ability to purchase a Windows key is blocked. The laptop was purchased after the ban was introduced, so I can’t activate it in any way. As soon as the opportunity arises, I will do it. On my second laptop, the system is activated with an official key, since it was purchased in 2018

Yes, I forgot to tell you how I got my Windows. Initially, the laptop had freedos, then at the official msi service center they installed an official image from the Microsoft website, but for the reasons already mentioned for the company leaving Russia, it was not activated. Thus, I have an official image, but the Windows key has not been entered until Microsoft has returned the opportunity to buy it

so can you say something about the dump?

Thank you for clarifying that you cannot activate Windows because there is a ban on activating Windows systems in Russia. I appreciate that this is not a situation of your choosing and that circumstances have conspired to place you in this position. Nevertheless I am not comfortable offering support on a Windows system where Microsoft has deliberately blocked its activation. I cannot in good conscience help you any further.

I understand, it’s a pity, my only request is, please, could you tell me about the dump, it’s more like a software or hardware error?
