PackardBell Easynote TJ62 laptop.
AMD Athlon 64X2 QL-64 processor.
OS Win7 Home Premium, 64 bit.

This old laptop has served fine for many years, but starting around November 2017, monthly rollout security updates failed to install.
KB4074598 failed with error code 80073712.
KB4054518 failed with error code 80073701.

I have tried to repair, using SFC /scannow, SURT and SFCfix, to no avail.
The SURT tool log do show a lot of errors related to AVG (free antivirus), but the update errors are also present without AVG installed.

CBS.zip available at CBS.zip - Google Drive
I have atached the SFCfix.txt.

looking forward to your help and comments.

Best regards
Tom

Retrieve Components Hive

2. Please copy this file to your desktop.
Note: If you receive an error that this file is in-use, simply reboot your computer and try again.
3. Right-click on this file on your desktop and select Send To...Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a file named COMPONENTS.ZIP on your desktop.
4. The file will likely be too large to upload here so please upload toa file sharing service and just provide the link here.
