Hi there!
I'm currently trying to Upgrade my Windows 7 Pro SP1 x64 to Windows 10 but the Installer always closes unexpectedly at ~70%.
The "setuperr.log" shows:
This error 80073712 brings me to the real problem with the Windows Update:
In general my Windows is running without ANY problems and Windows Updates install without problems, except the Monthly Security Rollups.
Whenever I try to install it I get the Errorcode 80073712 (Component Store corrupted).
Looks like I need to fix this error first before I can upgrade my Windows :/
Things I already tried:
Sadly I couldn't find any useful information about "CSI Missing Identity" and "CSI Missing Deployment Key" so I'm seeking out for help now.
I'm really trying to avoid a clean/repair installation so I would highly appreciate some help from you guys :)
Now to my logs (german version of Windows):
