NFL team Buffalo Bills will be playing at Detroit as the snow simply cannot be cleared in time.

Although the area is a prime target for lake effect snow via Lake Ontario, when the jet stream moves northeast across Lake Erie, it can and has resulted in snow in this area. Also, consider that the town of Hamlin is ~18 miles west of Rochester and, although not a lot, the town did get snow from the storm.

In 2022, South Carolina has had 5 quakes of magnitude 3.0 or above and 37 quakes between 2.0 and 3.0 so far. There were also 53 quakes below magnitude 2.0 which people don't normally feel. Most occurred within 10 miles of my house.

I felt my 1st quasi-real quake (~4 or 5 -?) in 2009 while at my step-brother's home near Palm Springs, CA, in 2009. I was standing and talking to his mom and heard this very loud rumbling noise followed by swaying, 'rubbery legs'; feeling like I was going to collapse. My step-bro looked over at me and said loudly "JOHN .... sit down before you get hurt. It's just an earthquake."

I have experienced 3 or 4 big ones that made you wonder if they would stop. And one the Loma Prieta earthquake that said "run outside". It is a completely unsettling experience when the entire earth is shaking... That said, it was in 1989, so 33 years ago, and I had no damage at home, although others were not so lucky Every truck rumbling by made you tense up for months after that one A Guy
