I tried all of the suggestions and nothing worked. I used the SFCFix and that didn't work either. I ran the DISM, see screenshot below. I have attached text files for your review.

From this site. I went through all the command prompt instructions. I forgot to mention that when updates were installing the power went out for a few hours and interrupted the update.
