Hello and welcome,

Do the following only.
Check Windows Update but do not install any updates yet.
Provide a screenshot of the available important updates first.

Do you have "CA ARCserve Backup Agent" or "CrystalDiskInfo" installed ?
If so, uninstall it, restart the machine and try to install KB4534310 again. Report the result.

Hi,

Yes indeed, i had "CA ARCServe Backup" suite installed. Removed it and restarted the machine.
First attempt installing KB4534310 : OK

I'm curious, can you explain technicaly why or how ARCServe can make the Windows update faulty?

The file cbs.log you provided shows multiple times 0x80070020 - ERROR_SHARING_VIOLATION meaning something conflicts with Windows Update.
A backup program can be the cause.

If Windows Update reports no more important updates you may re-install "CA ARCServe Backup" if you like.
