Ok, great.
Read this page which provides a solution. Not sure if it works for your system but give it a try and report the result.
Server 2008 R2 to Server 2012 R2 closes/crashes before it gets started.

Provide a fresh copy of following files:
- C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\cbs.log
- C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log
- C:\Windows\WindowsUpdate.log
- C:\Windows\diagwrn.xml

FRST Scan:

Download the attachment fixlist.txt and save it to your desktop.
Right-click on FRST64.exe and select "Run as administrator".
Press the Fix button.
The tool will now process fixlist.txt.
If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
When finished, a log called Fixlog.txt will appear in the same directory the tool is run from.
Attach the logfile Fixlog.txt to your next reply.

On which drive is your WS2012 R2 ISO ?

Its on D drive .

also i have wondered if using windows software drive mirroring has something
to do with it . since it made windows basically dual boot where you can start the mirror
without changing drives .

cause the boot drive is assigned to the system reserved E drive .
Ill take some screen shots to show you how the system is configured .

Open an elevated commandprompt.
Copy and paste following command into the commandprompt window, then press enter.
D:\Sources\setup.exe /HideWelcome /uilanguage:en-US /targetlanguage:en-US /runlocal

Provide a screenshot of the commandprompt window when an error occurs or window pops up.
