Hi! Please help!
I've got BSOD dxgmms2.sys system_thread_exception_not_handled
Never had any bugs or BSOD things before
I tried a lot of solutions (checkdisk, memtest) but these tests didn't show any problems. Nvidia graphics driver reinstallation helped only for a while
I have PC with Win 10 LTSC. Rest paremeters on screenshot and archive with dump report in html document attached. Thanks in advance
P.S. BSOD appears in idle mode, although I can work in 3D programs without any failures. It's really weird

As above, but dxgmms2.sys is a component of Windows DirectX and when we see bugchecks involving dxgmms2.sys the problem is typically either the graphics card or the graphics driver, so that where you need to be looking.

The upload requested in the link above will tell us more.

Hi, in addition of what you posted already
Please Follow BSOD Posting Instructions

https://www.sysnative.com/forums/threads/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-11-10-8-1-7-and-vista.68/

The instructions state to create a new thread <> You can disregard that since you already created a thread.
Hi, I've got you direct message, but rules sayin' that i need to have 5 posts to be able to answer. Fair) Cause i'm new here
So i fixed BSOD problem for some time, but now i have another( BSOD on my PC now very fast and haves no codes and no dump files. Is there any thread with solution here? Thank u! P.S. Tried to delete this thread but i couldn't ((((

Threads won't be deleted under normal circumstances because they may help others too. You can mark your thread as solved if you believe your problem is solved.

Sysnative File Collection shows different languages, russian, ligurian(italian dialect), weird characters and asian.
You need to change the information from whatever your language is to read english. So we can figure out your
pc problem.

The thread is marked as SOLVED so I'm confused.

However, from the latest dump, the problem is (still) occurring in a graphics operation. The actual failure was in the DirectX driver dxgmms2.sys, but the real culprit is more likely to be the Nvidia graphics driver. The version you have installed is old, dating from August 2024...

    Information from resource tables:
The Nvidia driver website has a later version of the driver for your GTX1060 dated 19th May 2025 (576.52). Indeed, there have been many updates to this driver since the version you have installed. I suggest you install the latest version of the Nvidia graphics driver. Be sure to do a clean install of the driver too, and only install those components that you actually need.
