0xc000000f error has led me here.

The other day I was updating my graphics card (MSI RX Vega 56) drivers via AMDs latest radeon software (My previous software was acting buggy/frozen so i downloaded the recent version on their website) after running the software and letting it update and download and install the new drivers it asked to restart the computer to finish the install. Usually it restarts fine but this time it says that windows did not shut down correctly and I tried to repair it, after the repair in which nothing was fixed IIRC and i selected the 'start windows as normal' option a loud whine came from the graphics card. so i turned off the computer after the screen had remained black. I am then met with the 0xc000000f error in loop but I am able to sometimes get windows to boot selecting my SSD via the f11 key, but the problem will come back when restarted (with or without the grapchics card in, i noticed it is not recognized as RX vega 56 no longer in programs like speccy or MSI Afterburner, i am not sure if this is because the drivers failed to install or the card is dead though it still runs and powers on, I do not have another computer to try the card out on). I have been searching through the internet and youtube videos trying to find a fix and saw a mention to try SFCfix. Is my graphics card just broken now after trying to update it? It was running games fine, I was orginally updating the drivers to try and fix CoD:coldwar crash errors.

Anyway here are my results from SFCfix, any tips appreciated, I have not had a computer problem like this in many many years and am left confused. I mistakenly do not have a restore point saved.

well i got the computer to start up like normal after unplugging my harddrives except the windows one and making sure the boot order was correct in BIOS. i think the order got messed up when i shut off the computer after the card was being loud and was whining as the monitor remained black when turned on. so that turned out to be a simple fix.

then after that I think I got everything working. I just installed an older version of the AMD software/drivers that was saved on the computer already. played a quick play in call of duty and it was fine. both monitors work but the same error happens at the end of call of duty matches. Although I cannot seem to create a system restore point just in case, so I assume there may be problems still going on with windows?

Here is my SFCfix log
