Hi all. I'm hoping someone might be able to hel pout without me needing to pull a big 'ol reset.

Machine concerned is currently running W10, upgraded to that point from W7 originally. This has been a longstanding error, but I've finally decided to have a crack and see if I can solve it. Essentially, whenever I try to sign into a Microsoft Service local app using my Microsoft Account (Windows Store, Xbox Live, Outlook, Microsoft 365, etc), I get a 'Sorry, something went wrong, try again later.", usually with or without that hex code. I use a local account to login to windows, but I replicate the error if I sign into windows using the same Microsoft Account I want to use on those apps and services locally.

The relevant Microsoft Account functions fine on browsers, and I even managed to actually add it as a user account in Windows that will sign in correctly using my microsoft account password and is obviously fetching something, but will still generate the error on trying to sign in to an app and selecting that account.

Err returns:
C:\Users\Nick\Downloads>Err_6.4.5.exe 0x80190001

I have no networking issues at all with this machine apart from this specific issue. Windows Update runs without a hitch and as you can see from the below command prompts Windows is more or less up to date.

This is not an exhaustive list of things I've tried, but it's all the main bits. It seems that error code can be a bit generic and there are some old threads online that seem to have had various fixes seem to help, but nothing I've done yet has made any kind of difference. Any possible ideas you may have would be super appreciated. Thanks in advance!
