Could you please provide your COMPONENTS hive using the following instructions:

Retrieve Components Hive
1. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Config and locate the COMPONENTS file.
2. Please copy this file to your desktop.
Note: If you receive an error that this file is in-use, simply reboot your computer and try again.
3. Right-click on this file on your desktop and select Send To...Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a file named COMPONENTS.ZIP on your desktop.
4. The file will likely be too large to upload here so please upload to a file sharing service. Examples of services to upload to are Dropbox or OneDrive or WeTransfer and then just provide the link in your reply.

Hello, thank you for your reply, the file is in the attachment. I have managed to install kb4534314 update, which I assume is a more advance updated than kb4534310 and I no longer need to install it?

Could you please check your update history and see if KB4525251 was successfully installed? KB4534314 and KB4534310 are separate updates, one is a montly roll-up and the other is a simply that current month's security patches. KB4534310 seems to contain both KB4534314 and KB4525251 which is why I've asked for to check that former update was successfully installed.

I'm surprised that you've managed to install any updates because your COMPONENTS hive is corrupt beyond repair unfortunately. You will need to perform a clean install of either Windows 10 or Windows 11 if your machine supports it, since official support for Windows 7 ended in January 2020.
