0x80073701 trying to install role/feature. Tried several methods to fix but so far no luck.

Hello,

I have a 2019 server that will not allow me to install RDP License Gateway Role. I have followed all steps before making this post and no error or corruption is found, SFCfix also did not find an error.

I could greatly use another set of eyes looking at this an help me put this issue to bed. Attached is the CBS log folder and I added DISM just incase.

I do notice that a server spun up at the same time has update KB5006672 installed but when I try to install the cab using DISM, it does not install. I also tried the MSU method as well.

I have admin rights but still executed everything under an elevated CMD prompt.
