0x800703f1 when installing cumulatives

Getting ERRORBADDB in CBS log when trying to install cumulatives on this machine.. CBS and components scanner attached. Desperate!! Let me know if any information is needed and thank you in advance for your help!

I was able to fix the DRIVERS hive (i believe from following a guide from someone on another post using sequence numebr checker and am able to successfully run dism /online /get-drivers /all and it actually lists the drivers now but when updating i am seeing

Any advice / help would be much appreciated!
 
Hi,

Upload the setupapi.dev.log file
  • Open Windows Explorer and browse to the C:\Windows\INF folder.
  • Right-click on the file setupapi.dev.log and choose Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.
  • Now the message will appear, "Windows cannot create the Compressed (zipped) Folder here. Do you want it to be placed on the desktop instead?"
  • Click on the Yes button here.
