Help! I used Microsoft's media creation tool to upgrade my 2011 Dell Inspiron N5050 from Windows 7 to Windows 10 using the direct upgrade the first time and by creating a local ISO folder the second time. Both were failures that gave the same error after reaching 15% when updating.
The error is 0x8007001F - 0x20006: "The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during REPLICATE_OC operation", I tried to find solutions online two of whom on this site recommend not applying the custom patches so I figured it's better to post here.
I have no clue how to troubleshoot this problem, but I downloaded FRST64 since it was recommended.
I disables all my drivers, rebooted in safe booting mode, removed Kaspersky and cleared all temporary cache.
One solution is to download an older windows 10 ISO but people recommend not to download Wind from third parties and also I have very limited internet connection and wasted a ton of internet on 2 attempts.
Please help and I'll be thankful.

Hello and welcome,

Attach the file C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log to your next reply.

I hope this is a complete file, as windows update was stuck the whole night on 73% untill I canned it in the morning. It told me that it installed all of the updates though.

Hey, thank you for giving me some of your time.
Windows install correctly after using the surt, an update I wouldn't have known anything about if it wasn't listed on your website.
