Computer is crazy - think it has a virus or malware
My computer is acting berserk - programs going missing, won't update and gives me error codes when I try to load Windows 10, freezes up on IE and now on Chrome a LOT - I have run Windows Defender and it doesn't find anything. Ran another program (Advanced System Care) and it found nothing. Ran Malwarebytes and it found nothing. Now I'm lost. I am afraid to run more without some guidance in case that isn't the cause. I need some guidance now, this is getting crazy.

Hi, glittergirltjh.
I don't recommend Advanced System Care based on the past practices of IOBIT. Once trust is lost, it is very difficult to gain it back. See the following for additional information:
-- IOBit Steals Malwarebytes' Intellectual Property
-- IOBit’s Denial of Theft Unconvincing
-- IOBit Theft Conclusion
Was your computer working fine before updating to Windows 10?
In order to determine if there is malware on your computer, I need to see some logs. Please follow the instructions in this topic and copy/paste the logs here as a reply: Malware Removal Posting Instructions.
