Click to expand... Yes, this folder will be removed when needed, but it seems the upgrade to 23H2 has not been done yet! Please run ComponentsScanner again to verify some things? Run ComponentsScanner again. Right-click ComponentsScanner.exe and select "Run as administrator", click Yes on the UAC (User Account Control) prompt which appears. Follow the on-screen instructions. Once complete, a report will be saved to your desktop called ComponentsScanner.txt. Post the logfile ComponentsScanner.txt as attachment into your next reply.

Please don't bother about the "windows.old" folder, it will be removed with the next scheduled clean-up task (30 days) which is set by Microsoft. Removing this folder manually is not necessary! When you do, you can never return to the previous build (22H2) the next 30 days if needed! I think we can mark this thread as solved?
