Actually, there isn't necessarily a solution. That yellow exclamation point indicates there is a device driver problem for the device.
I don't know what anyone can give you other than links to the suggested fixes, and if they don't work, they don't. The search results I referred to include the Intel Driver & Support Assistant (which I happen to use, but not specifically because of the issue you're reporting), as well as manufacturer-specific options.
Having a device that you probably never use (a guess, not a definitive statement) have a driver issue is not exceedingly uncommon. I've had machines with a couple of these. If everything I need to do is working just fine, it's a big old "meh."
Whether your machine works for doing what you need to do is really all that matters. There really are things that are "normal failures" (and reading a Windows Event Log without filtering shows thousands per day) that can just be ignored.
