I know this is old but if anyone comes across this while having this issue, I completely solved this exact issue for myself by downgrading my PCIe generation in the GPU slot from 3 to 2 in the BIOS. I have also read posts from people saying they solved their issue by downgrading from PCIe gen 4 to 3 the same way. In both cases the problem is solved by forcing your motherboard to utilize one generation of PCIe lower than it was built for on the GPU slot. The only downside to this solution is if your GPU genuinely needs the extra bandwidth it gets from using its native PCIe protocol. I am lucky enough to be running a 1050 Ti in PCIe Gen 3 x16, and there are no performance decreases at all when forcing that card into Gen 2 because it doesn't even utilize the extra bandwidth that gen 3 provides. Your GPU may be different, of course. Just look up if it can run well at one PCIe Gen lower than native. As of right now this solution is working flawlessly for me, seriously ZERO audio artifacts. Something must be up with AMD chipsets interacting with PCIe or something... idk. I hope this helps someone. I went through about 15 hours of troubleshooting after a CPU upgrade to find this solution. I'm running a Ryzen 7 5700G with a 1050 Ti on an MSI B450 motherboard. 16 gigs ram if that matters. Prior to the problem my CPU was a Ryzen 3 2200G with all the rest of the hardware the same. The problem only started upon CPU upgrade, although it's worth noting that in order to upgrade the CPU, I needed to update my BIOS to a newer version, so it's either a CPU issue or a scuffed BIOS. I'm betting on the BIOS. Cheers!
