I don't know if it has anything to do with it but I was using an app called spydish (both versions 0.10.11 and 0.12.0).It may have screwed with windows 10 (1909) pc. It may account for why the webcam doesn't work when I try to use fb messenger. Any help would be appreciated.

Go to start, type store, hit enter. When MS Store opens in the search within store, type windows calculator, then click get.
