I have HP Probook 4530 laptop with Windows 1709 installed. I could not update to 1803 version and got errors
• Feature update to Windows 10, version 1803 amd64 2019-03 - Error 0x8007007e
• 2019-02 Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4487038) - Error 0x8007371b
• Update for Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4462930) - Error 0x8007371b
But some security updates for 1709 versions were successfully installed. sfc /scannow does not work, says could not start the repair service. The dism command ''dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth'' gives the error. Windows Update Troubleshooter tool: every time I launch it, it detects corruptions, says it has "fixed" them... but it doesn't: same error when running Windows 10 Upgrade again. I have run SFCFIX.exe, it says no corruption were detected, yet the tool mentioned "due to the nature of your corruptions, scan times have been extended etc." I attached logs for sfcfix, dism, cbs.
