[SOLVED] DISM/SFC/Repair Install not working

Hi. I recently unintalled my webroot antivirus to try eset and as I am going back to webroot and uninstalled ESET using its built-in and revo uninstaller, I had a BSOD and turns out that I cannot connect to the internet. and when I'm connecting through my modem thru 192.168.. it says that my internet access is blocked, other devices works fine though. I tried SFC /Scannow and it stops at 10% and says that "Windows Resource Protection cannot perform the operation" and dism commands such as /restorehealth or /checkhealth gives error 87 even though I'm sure I typed the commands correctly. Now I'm trying to do a repair install, it fails even before restarting. I also tried making new user accounts and it's still the same. I would love to have any help. Thank you very much.

GSmartControl
Follow the instructions below to test your hard drive health with GSmartControl:

Download GSmartControl and save it on your Desktop;
Execute gsmartcontrol.exe; Let the install complete and launch the programme.
Identify your drive in the list, and double-click on it to bring up it's window (usually you'll find your drive by it's size or it's brand name);
Go in the Perform Tests tab, then select Extended Self-test in the Test type drop-down list and click on Execute (this test can take a few hours to complete);
Once the test is over, the results will be displayed at the bottom of the window. Please copy and paste these results in your next reply;
Also, go in the Attributes tab and if you have any entries highlighted in red or pink, take a screenshot of the GSmartControl window and attach it in your next reply;

No bumping is allowed until 48 hours have passed.

Looks like that verification has done some repairs from the store directly. Please run SFC Scan again and see if it completes.

Sorry about the bump :'( , it still stops at 10% when using /scannow.

Download the Media Creation Tool and save this to your desktop. Go ahead and run this as well. Note: Click the Download tool now button when you get to this link.
Accept the License Agreement
Download the ISO file to your desktop.
Double-click on the ISO and then run the setup to try and upgrade your machine.

We want to get the ISO so that you don't have to keep downloading which can take hours.

Is it okay to download it on other machines? The computer that has problems has no internet due to the errors.

I also wonder why dism says that cleanup-image is unknown or error 87 even though I typed it correctly. One thing I didn't mention is that before only the no internet was the problem though other symptoms such as I can't open the settings app started whenI used tweaking.com windows repair, though Im not sure if the sfc or dism problem started after that as I didnt run it first. It didnt got solved by my registry backup before the incident so I suspect corrupt files

Hello sfc still stops at 10% and dsim now runs but fail at around 87%. Windows setup now runs and finally got to restart and as of now installing hopefully it completes. :fingerscrossed:
