Slow Online Speed in Normal Mode ...Normal Speed in Safe Mode

Vaio laptop, Vista Business SP2, 32 bit. 4 MB RAM. Couple of days after switching from Toshiba 160 GB HD to ADATA 250 GB SSD I got issues with accessing Internet. ( for info only. not meaning to imply a link between those two events... or exclude such a link ) Ever since I experience super slow loading pages, despite 40 Mbps bandwidth ( according to Speedtest.net ) Most downloads fail. Some Web pages take minutes to load, others just loop and do not load at all. This goes for both Ethernet cable connection and WiFi. Different ISPs make no difference. Running over half a dozen of the most popular virus and malware scanners and anti/rootkit tools finds nothing. SFC and chkdsk say things are OK BUT IN SAFE MODE ALL IS NORMAL. SPEED OK; DOWNLOADS WORK Based on that I am guessing a driver conflict causes my connectivity issue. How to isolate the culprit, though? Ideas, tips, suggestions welcome. Thank you.

    Hi. . .

Please run this app that I wrote. It will provide info about your drivers and other info.

    The app is completely safe.

2 Notepads will open containing results.

Please save them both; zip then up and attach to your next post.

I have a hard time believing that your HDD/SSD drive change had anything to do with this.

Are you using wifi or Ethernet?

    Regards. . .

    Humble says thanks for this.
