This is what started the cascade of fails on monthly rollups fail so badly I couldn't boot into Winderz I restored an Shadow Protect backup image from the week before . I did not try to reinstall the failed rollup . UNtill now April, 2017 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7...
