Hi John, Here is the dump file with verifier. (link) PGPwded.sys seems to be an active participant in crashes. Can't dump PGP guess i'm stuck with it :huh: Thanks for your input.

Hi Patrick, The problem is that I get sporadic crashes. I work in the health network. I can't always take time to start troubleshooting the system when a crash happens during working hours. So , I'm trying to force a crash in order to get the files that you want except I can initiate a crash...

Hi Patrick and John, Patrick, all settings are as requested. I must say, I'm at a loss. I can never use your tools because first, Script stalls on waiting for system info and as far as perfmon /report goes, I keep getting access denied. Then I try to initiate a full memory manual crash...

Well, That's what I also thought. I created a full memory dump. Problem is when I search for file it's nowhere to be found :noidea:

Hi John, Thanks for looking into this. I tried the verifier and started getting all kinds of BSOD a lot with PGP. I started some research and found an article that seems to substantiate my video driver theory. Here is a quote related to a similar issue but with XP and Intel display drivers...

First of all, Thanks Guys. Patrick, I don't know why your info is showing an old AV, but I have the latest version of NOD32 7.0.317.4 updated this morning. Maybe the signature is 2013. Jared, I will run driver verifier but I might suspect an old friend HAMACHI!! I use it for work so flushing...

Windows 8.1 X64 crash

Hi, After the latest and greatest win update, I get a crash on cold boot. The BSOD Posting Instructions don't work with my windows 8.1 :eek:. Will they be updated? I supect AV scan went wrong on boot. Thanks for your help. Microsoft (R) Windows Debugger Version 6.3.9600.16384 AMD64...
