Windows 10 18363 Update KB4556799 Error 0x800f0984

Once again having issue with Windows 10 installing updates. I suspect is because of removing windows built-in apps in the past such as Connect, etc. Already tried: sfc /scannow DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth SFCFix Thanks in advance

Windows 10 throws an error when trying to update Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4530684). The error is Error 0x800f0982. It might be because I removed some Windows 10 bloatware apps like the Connect one. I tried the SFCFix but it didn't work, I think I...
