Thanks for letting us know how you made out. I have in the past found that older series video cards can have problems with newer drivers, while the newer drivers are needed for newer cards they can at times make older cards unstable.

What is the command to learn video card drivers via windbg?

In the file collection app look for the MSINFO32 file The video card info is under Components/Display.

Many BSOD after installing new ram, but still getting them when old ram is in.

I would probably still remove the fan clean off the old thermal paste (coffee filter and alcohol work great), remove and reinstall the CPU, new thermal paste and see if that makes a difference. > http://www.arcticsilver.com/PDF/appmeth/amd/vl/amd_app_method_vl_1.3.pdf

Did you rerun the bios optimization setup after swapping the old ram back in? Every BSOD has a different named cause, to me that usually means hardware issue. BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff80655840c43, fffffc8607101c60, 0} Probably caused by: FLTMGR.SYS ( FLTMGR!FltCbdqInitialize+21e3 )...

PSU Testing list

Did they separate/rate them by voltage used? Years ago we were finding PSU's that ran great on Euro 220v 50hz, didn't fair so well on North American 120v 60hz and vice versa.
