BSOD 30 minutes after startup

Yes. I tried a new PSU today, no luck. I have no clue what the problem could be.

I did this, unfortunately the issue continued. I noticed that putting high load on the cpu causes the issue as well, maybe my psu is too weak?

I get BSOD 30-60 minutes after startup. Ran the windows memory test and found no issues. I updated all the drivers that were useful to me on my motherboard website, and Bios. I found that disabling intelppm solves the issue but without it I my CPU is much slower. Windows 11 Fresh Installed...
