It looks the signing in on the Microsoft account on Edge Chromium problem has to do with the "Enable UAC - Filter all administrators (EnableLUA)" setting on NTLite. I set this setting to default, didn't use one of the mentioned programs and I was able to sign in my Microsoft account in Edge...

[SOLVED] Unable to install KB4541335

I did an in-place upgrade install on May using a 19041.41 image with the penultimate CU, the latest SSU, the latest DU and the latest CU for .NET Framework at the time integrated and I successfully installed the latest CU at the time.

What? I testes disk cleanup and it couldn't also delete the Windows Update Cleanup files in a new PC before installing a CU and that PC's HDD doesn't have issues like this one.
